The labyrinths of the Kaunas Fortress tunnels, with the marks of the First World War left on the walls, lead to the most secret parts of the fort. Here, the light of flashlights reveals sights worthy of being captured in photographs or saved in your memory, making you gasp.

After the capture of the III Fort, the fate of the Kaunas Fortress was sealed. However, the life of the fort continues even after the end of the war. About this and more. It is daunting in the fort's tunnels even during the day, but what is the feeling in the fort at night?!

If we are accompanied by wind or rain while marching along the fort's ramparts, the feeling of the era will be even more realistic.

Tour duration ~ 2h, conducted in Lithuanian.

Tour price: 18 Eur / participant (Kaunas Fortress Park visitor ticket is included in the price)

Tickets for all participants from 14 years of age. Minors who have purchased tickets may only visit the forts on tours with their parents or accompanying adult family members.

Friendly four-legged pets can participate in the tour without any prior registration, just make sure to protect them from the already waking ticks and have a leash, which they need when meeting passersby.

IMPORTANT:

Minors who have purchased tickets may only visit the forts on tours with their parents or accompanying adult family members.

The tour at a late hour is not intended for young children. The forts are not adapted for visitors with mobility difficulties.

Tours of the forts take place in any weather: on a rainy day, have rain protection. Wear comfortable footwear for walking on soil and grass. Bring flashlights - you will need them. It is useful to have mosquito and tick repellent.
