Ticket sales start on February 22.
After an eight-year break from their joint musical activities, "Liūdni slibinai" announce the end of their vacation. In the autumn, the group will hold concerts in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Panevėžys, where they will reflect on the sad nature of life.
"We rested, we lived, we met with those who haven't forgotten us yet, and we felt that it would be too sad if we didn't see each other one more time. We heard that arenas are all occupied these days, and stadiums are only left for schools, so we decided to meet in more intimate spaces where we can see people's eyes and feel their hearts," says Vaidas Kublinskas, once called the brains of "Liūdni slibinai".
In the acoustic program titled "Liūdni slibinai. Dar kartą", the group's well-known theatrical songs based on the words of Lithuanian poets will be performed, as well as the existential work of Vaidas Kublinskas, Dominykas Vaitiekūnas, and Aistė Lasytė, which was featured on their last album "Viskas netrukus baigsis".
Over their nine years of existence, "Liūdni slibinai" have released four studio albums and held several hundred original concerts in various cities across Lithuania and abroad - London, Hamburg, Oxford, Los Angeles, Chicago, Rochester, and New York.
The self-ironic group has been awarded the Saulius Mykolaitis prize and was nominated for three consecutive years at the M.A.M.A. Lithuanian music awards, where they won the title of Group of the Year in 2012. "Liūdni slibinai" also won the T.Ė.T.Ė. alternative music awards in the 2011 People's Choice category, and in 2012, group member Dominykas Vaitiekūnas was recognized as "Charisma of the Year" at these awards.
TICKETS WILL GET MORE EXPENSIVE as the event approaches.
