Lithuanian Dance Evening

We invite you to a Lithuanian dance evening on October 5th! This has become a traditional evening that brings together Lithuanian dance enthusiasts to spend time together, learn new dances, and recall familiar steps. We look forward to seeing everyone who wants to move to the rhythm of Lithuanian dances, socialize, and enjoy a cozy atmosphere. The event will take place in the event hall of the KMM Folk Music Museum (L. Zamenhofo St. 4, Kaunas). 6:00 PM – dance lessons. Teacher Deimantas Makrickas. The lessons will be accompanied by the ensemble "Kauno bandonija" (leaders Algirdas Kasperavičius and Vilius Marma). 7:00 PM – dance evening. During the event, traditional Lithuanian folk dances will be played by the ensembles VDU kapela "Linago", "Kauno bandonija", Giedrius Bagdonas, Svajūnas Birgiolas, Albinas Vaškevičius, and many others. We recommend bringing light footwear suitable for dancing and a water bottle. Admission – 4 euros. See you at the Lithuanian dance evening!
