About this event
I invite you to Paneriai! I know, at first glance, this district does not seem interesting or attractive. But how deceptive that is! 😮 Everyone who visits here is surprised by the abundance of history, the emotion-filled hike, and is happy to have discovered another piece of our country's history puzzle. 🧩 Attention! I have significantly supplemented my knowledge with new facts that give me goosebumps, so be prepared.
If you are not afraid to walk about 11 km and spend a good 3–4 hours – join us! 🚶♀️🚶♂️
We meet at the green sign marking the old Vilnius–Kaunas road, at Titnago st. 6. It is most convenient to arrive by public transport to the Vaduvos stop and walk a little bit forward.
The hike is NOT radial – you will have to return to your car by public transport. But, of course, that is also possible. 🚌
Take care of comfortable footwear and clothing – there will be a couple of places where it will really come in handy: you will have to climb a high hill 🏔️ and wade through dense grass 🌾. Bring water and maybe something to snack on. 🍎🥤
Most importantly – get ready for fun company, a meaningful walk, and new discoveries. ✨
