Interactive comedy "Meno pauzė"

Another meeting of the women's consultation and support club "Visos mes Ievos" is announced. This time, it's before the grand opening of club president Ieva's exhibition. However, a problem has arisen – one main painting is missing. Ieva cannot paint it because she is having an "art pause"! This is where her friends come to the rescue, who manage to complicate even the most difficult life situation even further. This is an interactive comedy about the most complex stages of women's lives. About the pauses that occur in relationships, the body, and creativity. About the passing of time, painful crises that force you to stop. And about the solidarity that helps you press the "play" button again. After all, any pause is still life. A large dose of humor, sparkling drinks, and sinful cupcakes – a true dessert for the evening. The play is created for women, but all men who want to get to know their loved ones more deeply are also invited.

This year, the Knygos teatras is paying special attention to women's health topics, disease prevention, and aims to draw attention to solidarity with women facing health challenges and fighting oncological diseases. It is important not to be afraid to share: let's talk about our experiences, seek support, and encourage community. The space of art and culture is also about community and can be a place where women can feel heard, safe, understood, and supported.
