Join the long-form club and dive into the deep waters of improvisational theater. Learn to create whatever you want on stage. Learn to be a person who can be brave in the unknown, can kick themselves in the butt and take initiative, or simply be a good listener who is not afraid of silence. Learn to be a person who manages their emotions, understands others, speaks effectively, boldly, and clearly, and who can consciously influence the audience and make smart decisions that allow them to hold their attention. During the meetings, we will improvise in a free style and create improvised performances. Part of the sessions will be dedicated to developing skills to improvise on stage without getting lost, boldly, and spontaneously. You will learn many methods that give direction to scenes and allow you to be interesting. Part of the sessions will be dedicated to developing skills to work in a group, share attention, and create clear, orderly, and interesting group acting situations. In some sessions, we will perform long improvised performances of various structures. Lessons take place every Monday from 18:30 to 21:30 at the Impro Kaunas theater. The sessions will be led by Deividas, who has been improvising a lot and for a very long time. He has studied under many top-level improvisation teachers, such as: Will Hines, Jeff Michalski, Monika Smith, Adam Cawley, Rob Norman, and many others. He constantly improvises, learns himself, and teaches others.
