We invite you on a culinary journey through the Grand Duchy of Lithuania!

The "LDK Kitchen" tour and tasting reveals what the rulers, nobles, gentry, townspeople, and peasants of Lithuania ate and drank.

Awaited by you is a 1-hour tour of medieval Kaunas (the Old Town) and a 1.5-hour talk about 13th-18th century Lithuanian cuisine, while tasting dishes prepared specially for this tasting at the tavern "Antis rūsy" according to old recipes:

Homemade kvass

Homemade bread with cottage cheese and herb spread

Crayfish tail and beer soup

A chunk of pork with oven-baked potatoes and a special horseradish sauce. If there are vegetarians participating, please mark it when purchasing tickets. We offer them vegetarian lasagna.

Gingerbread with tea

After the guide finishes the talk, hot dishes are served to the participants. We spend another half hour quietly eating the hot dishes and dessert.

Price per person - 53 Eur. Includes the cost of the tour and the meal.
