Ugnė Siaurusevičienė is a LiPA member with 16+ years of experience in sales, HR, project management, and leadership. Ugnė is also a sales and leadership coach at Southwestern Consulting. Today, she spends most of her time helping leaders, teams, and organizations increase their productivity in sales and daily management challenges.
