About this event

This is the largest theoretical-practical course I have ever created. The next such Great Restoration "indulgence" event will only be in the spring of 2027.

This course is not a retelling or interpretation of the dogmas of a single biomimetic school.

I have been systematically studying and teaching the direction of minimally invasive, biomimetic, and adhesive restorative dentistry for over 10 years.

The course combines ideas from different branches of biomimetic restorative dentistry, university recommendations, scientific research, and the experience of many world-renowned lecturers and clinicians. From these, I have selected the principles that, in my assessment, are the most logical, best supported by science, and practically applicable in a daily clinical setting today.

This is not a course that simply shows "how I do it."

Here, every stage of treatment is analyzed based on biology, biomechanics, scientific evidence, and clinical logic. My goal is not just to show WHAT and HOW to do it, but most importantly to explain WHY.

Over three intensive days, we will go through the ENTIRE restoration path together – from caries diagnosis to the final bonding of a biomimetic restoration.

The course consists of over 1600 carefully prepared slides, dozens of clinical demonstrations, VIDEOS, diagrams, and real clinical cases, all organized into one coherent, clear, and easily applicable system for daily practice.

What will you learn?

• To objectively diagnose caries and choose the most appropriate treatment tactic.

• To evaluate structural tooth damage and make informed restorative treatment decisions.

• To understand the biology, biomechanics, and treatment strategies of microcracks.

• To apply modern adhesion protocols and significantly reduce the risk of postoperative sensitivity.

• To effectively use IDS, DME, Ribbond®, SFRC, and other biomimetic concepts.

• To understand composite polymerization processes and their influence on the longevity of restorations.

• To decide when a direct restoration is sufficient and when an inlay, onlay, or other indirect restoration is required.

• To prepare, design, and bond indirect restorations according to modern principles of adhesive dentistry.

On the third day, all theory will be consolidated in practice – during demonstrations and hands-on sessions.

This course is for you if:

• You doubt whether you are working according to the latest science-based recommendations.

• You want to better understand adhesion, restorative materials, and their selection.

• You aim to reduce postoperative sensitivity and restoration complications.

• You want a clear system that helps you decide when to fill and when to restore with a prosthesis.

• You plan to start applying the principles of biomimetic dentistry or want to take them to a higher level.

• You are tired of conflicting opinions and are looking for a clear, logical, and science-based system.

This is not a collection of separate methodologies.

It is a cohesive restorative treatment philosophy that helps you make better clinical decisions, preserve more healthy tooth tissue, and achieve long-term restorative results.

I invite you to join three days of intensive learning, discussion, and practice.

Whether you are just starting to get interested in biomimetic restorative dentistry or have been working in this direction for many years – I believe that everyone will find new ideas, practical solutions, and more than one valuable "nugget" that they can apply on their very next workday.

See you there! 🙏🏻✌🏻🤞🏻

Yours, Jotautas
