We invite you to Yoga Nidra, a guided practice from the yoga tradition, where we will lead you into a state of deep relaxation while remaining awake. We will guide you into states where you will feel bliss and a sense of wholeness, as part of the universe.
We will help stimulate vital energy in the body and manage the energies flowing up the spine and throughout the body. After the practice, you will feel that your mind has become calm, the noise has ceased, and you are ready for the birth of fresh ideas, new insights, and creativity.
Regular Yoga Nidra practice at Ramadasa Yoga House will activate your right brain hemisphere, which is important for our creativity, feeling and expressing/experiencing/releasing emotions and traumas, and opening up spatial thinking and aesthetics. Your artistic side and talents will begin to unfold freely!

HOW TO PREPARE: we recommend not eating heavy food 2 hours before the practice; wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement (it will be warm during the practice).
WHEN: Thursday evening, July 16, from 8:00 PM to 9:45 PM, live. However, you can also participate remotely (an invitation with participation instructions will be sent to you separately by email before the practice).
WHERE: At the Ramadasa Yoga House space, V. Putvinskio St. 48, 2nd floor, Kaunas city center.
PRICE: For Ramadasa members, one practice from your existing subscription. For non-members, a single visit is 25 EUR/person.
