ICF Coaching Forum 2026 - the largest coaching event in Lithuania

For the third year in a row, the largest coaching event in Lithuania – "ICF Coaching Forum 2026" – will once again bring together a community where ideas are born, people grow, and real change happens.

Under one roof, coaching specialists, organizational leaders, HR professionals, representatives of the education sector, and everyone interested in coaching and its application in daily life and professional activities will meet. This year's theme is TRUSTING THE HUMAN. Influence, responsibility, and trust in the AI era: rethinking our values.
