Actors and singers Jokūbas Bareikis and Lina Rastokaitė, together with a group of professional musicians, present the musical show "Kabaretas tarp girnų," where music, sharp humor, and a tribute to maestro Vytautas Kernagis are masterfully intertwined. Following a successful premiere at the Palanga Concert Hall, the music project agency "Pepper Live" announces an impressive festive tour across Lithuania.

The musical show, lasting over an hour and a half, engages the audience from the very first piece – people sing along with the performers to legendary songs from the "Tarp girnų" cabaret: "Mūsų dienos kaip šventės," "Kolorado vabalai," "Santechnikas iš Ukmergės," "Kansaras Nr. 2," "Žemutinių pilių šventės," "Lietuvaitė," "Armonika," "Koja spaudžia gazą," "Šimtas pavasarių," "Kaip gražu miške," and other maestro hits etched in many people's memories, presented in exclusive arrangements. The concert also features the previously unreleased Vytautas Kernagis song "Paskutinė Pompėjos diena."

The cabaret-style scenography and costumes created specifically for this show playfully combine retro and contemporary aesthetics: sparkling accents, props, and lighting design create a space where artists freely develop a musical story and build a festive atmosphere that invites you to laugh, clap, sing, and dance along. The atmosphere balances between nostalgic melancholy and sharp, witty humor; conversations with the audience draw them into the action, while music and words intertwine into a lively, rhythmic narrative.
