DUO B!Z’ART is a duo constantly seeking harmony and precision, playing on one or two pianos, or perhaps more like a single person with 20 fingers, and as unusual as a feeling of déjà vu.
Constantly surprising with their performances, the duo presents the program "An American in Paris" to the Kaunas audience. It is a story about discovery between the Old and New Worlds, about love between French subtlety and American determination, and, ultimately, about wonderful music resounding on both sides of the Atlantic.
The duo members – passionate and dedicated musicians Geoffrey Baptiste and André Roe – share their love for music with the audience everywhere they can with brilliant simplicity. Every year, they give numerous performances in Europe (Scandinavia, the British Isles, the Baltic states, Slovenia, Croatia, etc.) and China.
The duo's musical taste ranges from Romanticism to 20th-century music. Their concert programs are original and compelling ("Orient Express", "Fairy Tales and Legends"), and their concerts feature undisputed masterpieces alongside undeservedly forgotten works.
In addition to recitals, listeners are invited to experience concerts where music is combined with theater and visual projections, allowing the audience to live through an entire artistic story.
It is very important for the performers to share their passion for music with young people, so they regularly hold educational concerts for children in cooperation with various cultural institutions and schools.
